Highly unprofessional way of handling things.... Cancelled a cab booking without our confirmation and then tells us it's already cancelled....says he's trying to get back the cab...let's see how good he(Himanshu) is... will update the review further after the trip

So here's final experience. I'm going to get this agency blacklisted from as many places as possible and make sure Himanshu isn't really able to make any further trip plannings or bookings from any other customer.
We had an awful experience in almost every thing except hotel. Driver was rough at riding. We were left on streets at Manali with driver asleep at an unknown location till almost 3am!!!
We had to make almost 50-60 calls to various people to finally get the cab driver wake up and go downhill with a drunk driver!?
Nothing covered in the name of sight seeing. Driver just wanted rest all the time. Driver was not even briefed about itinerary and this turned out to be main reason for spoiling the trip
