“Vietnam Tour - Hanoi, HCM & Day Trip Halong Bay”
I initially booked 2D/1N Halong Bay cruise with another operator and it was cancelled due to bad weather. Despite of not booking the cruise with Lena and only booked her half day Hanoi private tour + full day HCM & CuChi Tunnel group tour, Lena informed us on the weather before the cruise operator did.
She went extra mile by offering us options and flexible enough of changing the date of the private tour PLUS arranging a day trip to Halong Bay. Both tour went well.
I also booked to join a group tour in HCM, I think the price is very competitive and it was a good quality tour.
