Ajuna was helping me in June/July 2014 to organise a tour from lake Khovsgol to theTsaatan in the Taiga. She was head of kitchen and translated for us. After 6 days of travelling in Jeeps and on horseback unfortunately she got health problems and had to go back to UB, although she was VERY sorry for that. At the end, back in UB, Ajuna picked us up from the airport with the taxi of her very helpful friend, and we spent one day and night at her Yak-farm outside from UB, where we stayed with her and her little sister Botro in their nice ger (Yurt). The final day and night we were invited to stay at the city-appartement of Ajunas friend, who served us at 4 o’ clock in the morning hot honey-water and brought us to the airport for our flight home.
Ajuna is very friendly, open and as helpful as she can! Her riding skills are limited, but for a roundtrip with bus, Jeep, car and a littleriding it is very nice to have her as a translator and help for organising this and that around.
