Travel service by Sunny is very curteous . Rates quoted by them is reasonable. Arrangement of accommodation is very good. They have upgraded accommodation. Also, restaurants attached to the hotels are very good. But they arrange a driver whose character and attitude is little known to them. So the customer suffers at the hands of unfriendly driver. This happened in our case. The driver allotted to us was unfriendly and unresponsive. because of him, we felt uncomfortable during the entire period of of 6 days of tour. Except Driver issue (which is most important for a happy journey), nothing to mention on negative side. I am giving 4 star with the hope that this major negative side will be attended immediately.
