We are just back from safari with Serengeti Direct Safaris. Touristlink referred us this company therefore we started communicating with them. Beata was our contact person through e mails, answered our tons of questions till we booked our 5 days tour and sent a deposit. We flew from South Africa to Kilimanjaro airport via Nairobi airport. The driver from Serengeti direct safaris picked us from the airport and drove us to the hotel in Arusha, we don't know whether the company owns this hotel, but seemed they own it or they run it because their office was inside that hotel.Daniel was our driver, very excellent, he new his job. An expert to spot animals, he showed us a leopard on the tree, a cheetah hunting a gazelle the thousands of wildebeest in Serengeti. We were 6 in their long extended 4 x 4 wheel drive land cruiser and every safari member had a window seat. We took the budget camping safari for 200USD per person per day. All camping gears were good and clean. The cook was Chris, prepared delicious and enough meals.We got all which we have been promised, no hidden costs. We will recommend this company to anybody going to Tanzania for safaris. Also we will tell people to use Tourist link forum for referrers
