About
- San Marcelino and General Luna Streets, Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
A great place to visit with the entire family, Paco Park in Manila is considered as one of the unique landmarks of Manila City. Once, a municipal cemetery, it has now turned into a very beautiful garden and recreational park. The park has two circular structures containing layers of niches which were used for burial but which are now a strolling area. Visitors can enjoy and admire the beautiful scenic views of this park as galleries are present on the top of the structures.
This magnificent park is situated in close proximity with other attractions such as Rizal Park and Padre Faura, and the Ermita Shopping Mall. Paco Park is also a chosen venue for numerous free concerts and events, including classical genre shows. This park is a favorite meeting place for local families and friends, who generally crowd here during weekends.
