Lake Lanao is one of the most fascinating and very scenic lakes in Philippines. This lake with a surface area of about 340 square kilometer is the second largest lake in the country and the largest of all in Mindanao region. The lake is also one of the fifteen ancient lakes in the World which is the result of tectonic-volcanic action.
