Day 1. Yangon Arrival
Welcome to Yangon International Airport. Check-in at your hotel.
Overnight at Yangon.
Day 2. Yangon – Thanlyin sightseeing (B)
Breakfast at Hotel. Then first excursion to Thanlyin which is about 45 minutes’ drive from Yangon by car. Kyaikkhauk Pagoda and Yele Pagoda (a pagoda on a small island) at Kyauktan are worth visiting. Return to Yangon. And then continue to Botataung Pagoda, a famous landmark on Yangon’s waterfront where one can see Buddha's hair relics and the Jetty to see people coming and going for work from either side of Yangon River.
Lunch at local restaurant. (with your own account).
Then we go to Karaweik Hall, a floating barge on Kandawgyi Lake, for photo taking.
In the Evening, visit the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, the greatest Pagoda in Myanmar.
Dinner (with your own account).
Overnight at Yangon.
Day 3. Yangon – Bagan (by morning flight) (B,L,D)
After breakfast at Hotel, transfer to airport for flight to Bagan.
Sightseeing includes the colorful Nyaung U market, Shwezigon Pagoda (the prototype of later Myanmar stupa), Htilominlo Temple (built in AD 1218 the big square high temple), Ananda Temple (a brick monetary with 18th century mural paintings).
Then check in at hotel and lunch at the local restaurant (Sarabha II).
After having lunch, continue visit to Lacquer ware industry, Gawdawpalin Temple (one of the largest and most imposing Bagan Temples), Dhammayangyi Temple (a massive temple with the finest brick works). Enjoy the sunset from the upper terrace of Shwesandaw Pagoda, which in one of unforgettable experience.
Dinner at local restaurant with puppet show (Nandar restaurant).
Overnight at Bagan.
Day 4. Bagan – Heho – Inle Lake (by morning flight) (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to NyaungOo airport to take flight to Heho.
Then drive to Nyaung Shwe, and visit to Shweyan Pyay Monastery.
Continue drive to NyaungShweJetty and take the private boat to Inle Lake.
Lunch at Golden Kite restaurant or similar.
After lunch, sightseeing tour of Inle Lake, an idyllic and magical Lake which is famous for its unique leg-rowers. Tour highlights include Phaungdaw-U Pagodas, and the stilted village of Ywama to visit its silver smith workshops and the production of traditional Inthar silks and lotus thread at Inpawkhoneweaving village. And then return back to hotel.
Dinner at hotel.
Overnight in Inle Lake.
Day 5. Inle Lake – Heho – Mandalay – PyinOoLwin (by morning flight) (B,L,D)
After Breakfast at hotel, transfer to NyaungShwe jetty then proceed to Heho to take flight to Mandalay.
Upon arrival Tada-Oo International Airport, then direct excursion to Amarapura means (City of Immortality founded in 1783 AD). Visit U BeinWooden Teak Bridge (200-year-old teak bridge)and Taung- ta-man Lake that will give you an enchanting experience. After that visit to Mahamuni Buddha Image (the most revered Buddha statue in entire Myanmar), Mandalay Hill, (the natural watch-tower for the visitors to watch over the city plains), Shwe Nan DawKyaung (Golden Palace Monastery), a delicately carved wooden building, Kuthodaw Pagoda (the world's largest book), consisting of 729 marble slabs.
Lunch at DaungLannKyee restaurant.
After lunch, take a scenic drive to PyinOoLwin, former British summer resort.
Check in at hotel. There are many reminders of typical brick and timber British houses and gardens. Our guide will introduce you to the history and culture of PyinOoLwin.
Dinner at local restaurant.
Overnight at PyinOoLwin.
Day 6. PyinOoLwin – Mandalay – Yangon (B,L,D)
After morning breakfast at Hotel, visit to Kandawgyi Botanical Garden, tremendous variety of flower species. Continue visit to Peik Chin Myaung Cave.
Lunch at local restaurant.
Then transfer to theMandalay international airport for flight back to Yangon.
Check in at Hotel.
Dinner at local restaurant. (Golden duck restaurant)
Overnight at Yangon.
Day 7. Yangon Departure (B)
After breakfast at hotel, then transfer to the airport for your international departure.

Reservation and Confirmation:
Reservation can be made by fax or Email. Once the reservation is confirmed, the client has to provide the naming list and room arrangements 30 days prior to arrival. If you are buying the whole package from us, we would provide a letter of confirmation for package.
Advance payment of 35% is compulsory required to pay within 60 days after confirmation. The balance of the full tour prices will be done 15days before arrival date by bank transfer.
Cancellation takes effect the day on which writing notice is received, cancellation fees are as follows:
60- 45 days prior to arrival : 35% on total tour price
44-30 days prior to arrival : 50 % on total tour price
30- 15 days prior to arrival : 80 % on total tour price
15-7 days prior to arrival : 100 % on total tour price
After commencement of trip, no refund in part or in full will be given for services including itinerary which are not utilized by the clients.
