1- General Terms
1-1 Anyone wishing to use our services must have reached the age of majority and must be responsible for any future regulations they undertake to perform.
1-2 Only ASSAMAR TOURISM AND TRAVEL has the right to modify these "Terms and General Conditions" at any time and without prior notice. This is why we will advise you to read these terms with each use of our services.

2- The conditions of use
2-1 Making a reservation on our site implies having read and accepted the "terms and conditions" of booking. Under no circumstances should a reservation be made if the person has not read these "terms and conditions"
3- The Booking
3-1 Before booking, you must choose the apartment where you wish to stay during your trip . Please note that photos may differ slightly from the apartment. Once the apartment has been chosen, you must check its availability in relation to the dates of your stay.
3-2 The booking on our website must be made at least 1 week before your arrival date (without this delay, we can not guarantee the availability of the apartment).
3-3 After having sent us your request via the booking form from the apartment page, ASSAMAR TOURISME ET VOYAGES will contact you personally within 48 hours to explain how to confirm your booking and to give you details such as the price , the services chosen, the terms of payment. Without response from us within 48 hours, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail or by phone depending on the urgency of your request (any type of malfunction such as an error in your e-mail can generate a transmission problem - which is not our responsibility).
3-4 In our confirmation e-mail, you will find the instructions for the payment and final confirmation of your booking. These instructions will give you the amount of the "reservation deposit" to be paid for the final confirmation.
3-5 During these different stages, ASSAMAR TOURISM AND TRAVEL will ask you to send us the names, ages of all individuals concerned by the reservation. And, upon arrival, you will need to show us a piece of ID (adding people to what was previously stated in the booking is reason enough to cancel the reservation)
4-1 The final confirmation of your reservation is effective only upon receipt of the payment of the "reservation deposit" equivalent to approximately 30% of the total amount of the reservation. This can be paid in cash (Dollars, by bank transfer (transfer fees are your responsibility), by CCP or by transfer via "Western Union." 5-2 Upon arrival, you must pay us the amount of the "deposit" and the total amount of the rental (the "reservation deposit" already paid is deducted from this amount). The "deposit" is returned to you on departure, it is equivalent to the total amount of the rental but can not be more than one month's rent
6- Arrival and departure
6-1 Upon your arrival, our goal is to ensure the best possible service. We are committed to solving all kinds of problems and questions quickly and efficiently.
6-2 One of our members will then be present in the apartment (at the time previously agreed between the two parties). He will be in charge of guiding you in the apartment, assisting you during your stay and checking the condition of the apartment before your departure. It is this person who will have you sign the rental agreement and inventory, he will receive your payment and the amount of the "deposit" (if they are not already paid). Finally, he will give you the keys and will be able to inform you if you have questions about the visits and the outings to do in the district.

9- The length of stay
9-1 ASSAMAR TOURISM AND TRAVEL and the owner have the right to refuse a stay less than one week
10- Services included
10-1 The apartment can offer a panel of additional services (cable, Internet, cleaning lady, caretaker ...). All must be mentioned in the details of the latter on the website. The services included in all cases are common expenses to the property, taxes, electricity / gas (sometimes with a consumption limit for a stay of several months), water. All our apartments are furnished and equipped with a kitchen, sheets and towels
11- Cancellation and modification of the stay
11-1 All reservations can be canceled. If you cancel the reservation, the booking deposit already paid will not be refunded.
11-2 When modifying a reservation, please inform us as soon as possible. ASSAMAR TOURISM AND TRAVEL, as well as the owner of the apartment have the right to refuse an extension of stay. If the change is validated, the price is automatically recalculated according to the desired changes
