Day 1: Airport - Negombo
Upon Arrival welcome & assist by our representative and Transfer to Negombo (20min drive) and check into the hotel in Negombo refresh at hotel and relax at Negombo beach.
Negombo – A characteristic fishing town 6 Km from the International airport, Negombo has a fascinating and picturesque beachfront. The town has several buildings dating back to the Dutch & Portuguese Colonial days. Also client may enjoy some nice sea foods lobsters, crabs, prawns and etc.

Day 2: Negombo - Kandy
After breakfast drive to Kandy (03 hours) en route visit Pinnawala Elephant orphanage this orphanage is situated in Rambukkana northwest of the town in Kegalla. It was established 1975 by the Sri Lanka wildlife department, this 24 acres large elephant orphanage is a also breeding for elephants the first elephant baby was born in 1984 and it has the greatest herd elephants in captivity in the world, Between 1975 and 2012, 67 animals were born here.

Thereafter drive to Kandy en route visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden were originally conceived in 1371 as the queens pleasure garden, later becoming the residence of a Kandyan king the 60 hector park was were converted into a botanical garden with extensive well kept lawns, pavilions an orchid house with an outstanding collection, an Octagon conservatory fernery bank of bamboo and numerous flower bed with cannas, croton and colorful bougainvilleas. Giant water lily and papyrus reeds complement unusual exotic specimen trees.

Evening some sightseeing in Kandy visit Art and Crafts centre and Gem Bureau, view a documentary film too on how Sri Lankan Gem mining is traditionally done. Sightseeing of Kandy the Royal City (1469-1815 AD).

Evening visit the The Holy Temple of the Tooth of the Buddha (01 hrs spend) This temple, the most important one for the Sri Lankan Buddhists was built in the 16th Century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. Enjoy a typical Sri Lankan Cultural Show of Drumming, Dancing & music (45 min spend).

Day 3: Kandy - Dambulla - Sigiriya - Kandy
After breakfast day excursion to Sigiriya (02 hour’s) climb Sigiriya rock fortress King Kasyapa who ruled in the 5th Century A.D. Moats, terrace gardens, water gardens, fountain garden, boulder gardens, terrace gardens & Stone stairways and the beautiful ancient frescos of heavenly maidens in a pocket of the rock. On the top of tock are ruins of the palace & two intact man-made pools of water.

Drive to Kandy en route visit Dambulla cave temple, Dambulla is a magnificent rock temple consists of 5 caves, on a hill 340 m high, containing 150 serene statues of Buddha, numerous carvings & murals. The fascinating & memorable site was founded by King Valagambahu during the 1st century BC in gratitude for the shelter he found in the caves during an invasion by marauding Dravidians from southern India.

Day 4 & 5: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast drive to Kandy railway station to take the observation coach for train ride to through Tea Plantation This train route considered most spectacular and beautiful rail routes, hugging Narrow Mountain passes with views of mountain ranges and waterfalls.

Pick up from Nanu oya railway station and drive to Nuwara Eliya (30 min) the famous hill station 6128 Feet above from Sea level in a splendid landscape. The city pretends to be particularly well kept and neat and the always green grass gives to the locality an aspect of ‘’ colonial British Style ” Nuwara eliya was built entirely during the 19th Century and its architecture mimics that of an English Country town, with red brick walls, country house like hill club and mock.

Two days leisure and sightseeing in Nuwara Eliya, during clients stay in N – Eliya clients could cover following sights.

City tour in Colonial city: Drive through the town of Nuwara Eliya observing the well maintained buildings of colonial Architecture, busy market, Lake Gregory, golf course, race course, Victoria Park, vegetable cultivation, tea plantation.

Day excursion to Horton Plains (01 hrs drive) Horton Plains National park to reach the escarpment before the mist descends clouding the panoramic view. The Horton Plains are located in the highest plateau of Sri Lanka at an elevation of 7,200 feet above sea level. The highlight of the Plains is the terrific escarpment, The World’s End, 3kms working trail from Horton plain, which drops vertically for about 700 m. On a very clear day, one could view the east horizon too. En route you could visit bakes falls.

Day 6 & 7: Nuwara Eliya - Yala
After breakfast drive down to Yala (04 hour drive) En route stop at Ella to enjoy the view of the famous Ella gap & Rawana waterfalls, we descend from the Central Highlands to lowlands through enchanting scenery & waterfalls.

During the stay at Yala you could do Jeep Safari in Ruhuna Yala National Park. (03 hrs spend) The world best place to observe leopards natural habited in the noon time Safari tour by jeep with a jungle tracker, where we can enjoy wildlife including Elephants, Bears, Wild boar, Dear, Buffalo, Monkeys and many other animals if you are lucky, leopards too. You also could see different types of birds.

Bundala Bird Sanctuary – where the best place to observe endemic & migrate birds in Sri Lanka. This bird sanctuary is one of Sri Lanka’s foremost destinations for birdwatchers, protecting an important area of coastal wetland famous for its abundant aquatic (and other) bird life. The sanctuary is also home to significant populations of elephants, Marsh & estuarine crocodiles, turtles & other fauna, including the leopard.

Kataramgama Temple – It’s Hindu & Buddhist Temple complex dedicated to Skanda – Murukan also known as Kataragama deviyo. It is one of the few religious sites in Sri Lanka shrines of which the one dedicated to Skanda – Murukan also known as Kataragama Deviyo is the most important.

Day 8, 9, 10: Yala - Galle
After breakfast leave for Galle (04 hour’s drive) en route visit Hambantota Salt plan & Dondara Light House, reach to Galle beach resort check in refresh at resort and three days stay at Galle, while you stay at Galle leisure and sightseeing in Galle area.

Galle sightseeing – Galle city an ancient city is now a modern and buzzing town though the Dutch fortress remains as it was during the Dutch period. Galle was the most important sea port at the crossroads of Far East & Middle East since the days of the Romans. The Fortress is one of the best preserved in the Island.

Habaraduwa Turtle Farm – was created to protect this endangered species. The eggs are collected and immediately buried in a sandy compound that offers protection from birds, crabs and humans, thanks to some netting. There are 8 varieties of turtle in the world, five of which can be found here: parrot, green, loggerhead, crocodile and leatherback. All turtles lay 105 eggs six times a year and the incubation period lasts 48 days. The turtles are kept for a 3-day period to let their navel close and prevent them from being eaten by fishes and crabs.

Whale Watching – Whale watching is becoming very popular and even Sri Lanka navy has started whale watching tours to cater to the high demand. There are few reasons for the high number of whale sightings in Sri Lanka, one reason is Sri Lanka is situated in international whaling associations protected zone in Indian ocean and another reason is the southern coast in Sri Lanka is very close to the migration path of whales.

Madu River – The Maduganga river is a shallow water body in south west Sri Lanka, which enters the sea at Balapitiya, the Buddhist Kothduwa temple is situated on an isolated island in the lake together with the smaller Randomber Lake, to which it is connected by two narrow channels, it form the Madu Ganga wetland. It has high ecological, biological and aesthetic significance being home to 303 species of plants belongs to 95 families and to 248 species of vertebrate animals. It might be one of the last remaining tracts of pristine mangrove forests in Sri Lanka.

Day 11: Galle - Colombo
After breakfast leave for Colombo through southern highway (01 ½ hours) reach to Colombo enjoy time in capital city in Sri Lanka, shopping & sightseeing in Colombo, a cozy mixture of the past and present, The Portuguese, Dutch and British have all left in their wake churches and monuments, names and religions, costumes and food and smatterings of their languages which have been absorbed into the speech of the Sri Lankan.

Visit Galle Face Green, Old Parliament, BMICH conference Hall, Independence square, Gangarama Temple and bare Lake and Hindu Kovil, Bazaars & Markets. Shopping at Majestic city shopping complex, House of Fashion and the ODEL unlimited Dress Boutique, also visit the ceramic cooperation show room Noritake shopping & Crest cat.

Dinner & Overnight stay at Colombo Hotel, Colombo (B, D)

Day 12: Colombo - Airport
After breakfast leave for airport for departure transfer (40 min).
