Day 1: Fly domestic flight and start the Trek from Bumthang to Lungsum Camp(5 to 6hr/ 12km). Alt: 10,400ft/3170m.

Day 2: Lungsum to Tashisa Camp (6 hrs/ 14km). Alt: 4146m/ 13,600 ft.

Day 3: Tashisa to Dollythang Camp (5 to 6 hrs/ 13km). Alt: 4070m/13,350ft.

Day 4: Dollythang to Tsawa Camp (6hrs/ 15km). Alt: 3780m/12400ft.

Day 5: Tsawa to Bamarpo Camp (8 hrs / 20 km). Alt: 4430m/14,530ft.

Day 6: Rest day at base camp.

Day 7: Bamarpo to Tshampa Camp (8hrs/ 22km). Alt: 3,675m /12054ft.

Day 8: Tsampa to Gophu Camp (5 to 6hrs/ 15km). Alt: 3,269m /10,722ft.

Day 9: Gophu to Khaktang and drive to Jakar (5 to 6hrs /16km). Alt: 2,541m /8,334ft

Day 10: Fly to paro

Day 11: Hike to Tigernest

Day 12: Departure
