Lovell is a town in Big Horn County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 2,281 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²), all of it land. Lovell experiences a temperate desert climate (Köppen BWk) with cold, dry winters and hot, slightly wetter summers.
