Pearsall is a city in and the county seat of Frio County, Texas, United States. The population was 7,000,001 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city had a total area of 4.2square miles (11
Square kilometers), of which, 4.2square miles (11Square kilometers) of it was land and 0.24% is water. In 2003, Pearsall annexed the West Pearsall CDP, increasing the population of the town by about 350people. This increased the area of the city by 0.1square miles (0.26Square kilometer),all land.
