Old Washington is a village in Guernsey County, Ohio, United States. The population was 265 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.8 km2), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 265 people, 112 households, and 82 families residing in the village. The population density was 403.2 people per square mile (155.0/km²). There were 124 housing units at an average density of 188.7 per square mile (72.5/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 96.60% White, 1.89% African American and 1.51% Asian. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.38% of the population.
