Fort Yukon is a city in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area in the U.S. state of Alaska. Fort Yukon is the hometown of Alaska Congressman Don Young. It is served by Fort Yukon Airport. There were 317 housing units at an average density of 45.3 per square mile (17.5/square kilometers).
