Calyon Building (also known as the Crédit Agricole CIB Building or earlier known as the J.C. Penney Building and Crédit Lyonnais Building) is a 609 ft (186m) tall skyscraper located at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York City, New York (between West 52nd and West 53rd Streets).
Development & Construction:
It was developed by Uris Brothers and was completed in 1964 and has 45 floors. Shreve, Lamb & Harmon Associates designed the building, which is the 87th tallest in New York City. The Architect for the building was Reinhard, Hofmeister & Walquist.
