Bolan Lake is a 12 acre, high mountain lake with a shoreline of Douglas fir, pine and hemlock. It provides cool relief from the hot, valley temperatures of July and August. A nice place to swim, picnic, or fish. Rainbow trout are stocked a few times each year. Overlooking Bolan Lake is Bolan Lookout, an old fire lookout that is now available for overnight stays.
