Willys Rock is an outstanding and unique attraction in Boracay. This magnificent rock formation is far away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boracay and gives very relaxing and peaceful time. This picturesque rock formation is the result of volcanic activities. During low tide times, this rock formation becomes a mini-island but while during high tides, the upper part of the rock appears. In terms of color, Willys Rock itself is not so attractive as it is very dark but can be spotted out on the flawlessly white shoreline of two miles.
Willys Rock also serves as a sacred place for Christians and hence it is quite frequently visited by them. This is also recognized as one of the most photographed landmarks on Borocay and it offers a range of options to take some really commanding views of the island and nearby attractions such as Panay Island and Naasog Point.
