There are roughly 7 viewpoints on the Camel's Back Road. Most of these are sheltered and have great views of the mountains on sunny days. It is often possible to look through a telescope offered by a local hawker to get a better view here. The Camel's Back Road borrows the name from a large rock here which literally resembles a camel's back and which can be seen from the 'Mussoorie Public School'. TheCamel's Back Road begins from Kurli Bazaar and goes righ up till Library Bazaar displaying thick deodar trees girdling along this 3 kms stretch.
