Aruvikkuzhi Waterfalls (not to be confused with Aruvikkuzhy Falls in Kerala) is a waterfall in India. It is situated 2 km from Pallickathode. The waterfall cascades down the mountains from a height of 102 ft. The Western Ghats is one of the most important biodiversity hot spot in the World. This valuable natural world is already degraded by mining and hydro electric projects. Aruvikkuzhi is a beautiful picnic spot where sparkling streams make tinkling noises like anklets as they make their way through the landscape and waterfalls roar as they cascade down the mountains from a height of 100 ft. Tourists can also enjoy the shade of the rubber plantations here amidst which the numerous little streams gurgle past providing music to the ears and a cool and refreshing atmosphere.
