The Salisbury's history goes back to Robert Cecil, the first Earl of Salisbury, often called the wisest man in Tudor politics.
The Salisbury has original etched glass and hand carved mahogany, making it stand out not just in the heart of Theatre land, but the whole of London. The pub has been used in films such as 'Victim' starring Dirk Bogarde, 'Travels With My Aunt' starring Maggie Smith and most recently 'The Boat That Rocked' starring Phillip Seymour Hoffman. Its pubs are proud to serve cask ale, an extensive wine list and a wide range of spirits and soft drinks. Whether you join us for an early morning freshly ground coffee, a quick pint after work or a get together with friends, you can be assured that our drinks range is both great quality and surprisingly well priced.
