Jiulong Waterfall is made up of 10 cascades, which are also popular as the Nine-Dragon Waterfalls, each forming a pool underneath. This falls is located 20 km from Luoping county town, China, in a valley with a length of 4 km (2,5 mi) and a depth of 200 meters (656 ft.). Fall number 1 is the hihest amongst all but all of them have their peculiar charm, and while standing on the belvedere, one can take in the ten cascades at one sight. Jiulong Waterfall can be best visited during the wet season (May to October) when they are flowing at full capacity. These falls are spread out over a 4km stretch of the Jiulong River and manages to fall for a combined total of more than 200 meters.
