Sylhet Divisional Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Sylhet, Bangladesh. It is currently used mostly for cricket matches as well as football. The stadium holds 15,000 people and was built in 1965. The stadium recently got funding from the government to increase its seating capacity and make major improvements on the field, and installation of floodlights. The renovation is supposed to begin soon this spring and will finish before 2013, after the construction the stadium will qualify as an international standard stadium. The capacity after construction will be 35000 seats. The stadium after construction will be leased by the BPL's local franchise Sylhet Royals to use it as the home field for the team.
