The picturesque Wenzel´s Church is situated on a softly rolling hill, at the northern edge of Wartberg. Its foundation did not appear in historical documents. Probably the church was built after Saint Wenzel from Bohemia had died, during the foundation of the Eastern Mark.
In the course of excavations the wooden foundations of the church were found. Today the building hosts a war memorial in remembrance of all victims of the First and Second World War.
