This museum is housed in the former Augustinian and later Servite Monastery (1384-1971). The museum was opened in 1993 and was awarded several prizes.
The museum shows a collection of Tirolean art treasures from 9 centuries. Among them are select masterpieces from the Romanesque and Gothic period as well as numerous religious objects.
The museum always makes for a great day out!
