Day 1
Guided tour to the north of the historic village of Dunkeld and the gorgeous Hermitage forest waterfalls. After lunch at Pitlochry, sample delights of Scotland's highest distillery at Dalwhinnie, near the source of the River Spey. Having gently warmed by the amber nectar, you would then proceed through the Cairngorm National Park before arriving Grantown on Spey, where you nestle the next two nights.

Day 2.
Explore Scotland's most famous whisky region the whole day. Following a scenic drive toward the coast, the first stop of the day is welcomed by the family-owned Benromach distillery with a personalised tour. Not far from here, covering our swinging short path to Elgin - home to Gordon and Macphail - one of the world's leading expert whisky bottlers and suppliers. Heading back to Spey to Craigellachie for a visit to the Speyside Cooperage where you will be acquainted by another technique of whisky making process. Post lunch, visit the Cardhu distillery - Cardhu is the most important whisky in the Johnie Walker Black Label. After an amazing time there, head back to Grantown on Spey.

Day 3.
Ambling through the beautiful Cairngorm mountains, we move to Edinburg, where you would sip and enjoy the guided tour through the Glenlivet - not merely a distillery, but also a beautiful glen with great walks and wonderful wildlife. Following that, feel the majesty of Royal Deeside, passing by Balmoral Castle, and a for a short break at the village of Braemar in the heart of national park. With a fresh heart and mind, we proceed south passing over Scotland's highest mountain pass through Perthshire before arriving back in Edinburg. From here, you would proceed back home with a whole lot of amazing experience and transformation to a connoisseur of Scotch.
Terms and Conditions

All our products detailed in this website are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions and the same shall govern the contract between us. In the event of booking of any third party tours or travel products or services like cruise, flights, coaches, sightseeing etc, the Terms and Conditions specified by such Tour Operator, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc. shall be applicable, in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

The services comprising the tours are provided by independent entities that own or operate airlines, surface transportation, hotels, restaurants, kitchen caravans, caterers, ships and cruises, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc. Though we select reputed suppliers after we inspect their infrastructure, however, we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. We cannot be held responsible if the contemplated service is not provided by the supplier or there is a defect or deficiency in the services provided by any supplier. Consequently, any delay injury, death, loss or damage is caused on the above account does not render us liable to the Clients who have chosen us as organisers. However, in case a client is not satisfied with a particular service, we can take up the matter with the supplier if we are intimated immediately as per the process described in this document.

Similarly, we do not take responsibility for any act or omission of co-travellers or third parties, if it results in injury, damage or danger to the life/limb or property of any Client.

As we book services in advance and are bound to honour the commitments as to payment to the suppliers, cancellation of services earmarked results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier and therefore, the cancellation schedule, which is based on the above amongst other factors becomes applicable on cancellation.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES IN THE WEBSITE:

We upload the web-pages several months in advance, which we update frequently. Naturally, the web-pages describes the then available services as accurately as possible. However, factors and circumstances beyond our control like traffic problems, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, sport events, political/religious gatherings, strikes, change of management/closure of hotels/restaurants, over booking of hotels/flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sight seeing may result in changes in the services / itineraries. We therefore, reserve the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the Tour Package, Itineraries, Tour Schedule, the Travel Plan and sightseeing. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we would notify you, otherwise our Tour Managers or local representative/s would inform you of the changes on the spot.

In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones
described in the website, we may charge extra for the same anytime.

The services to which the Client is entitled to are described in the Website and/or the price grid or the concerned Invoice as the case may be. Please note that neither our staff members nor you are authorised to promise any service or facility over and above the mentioned ones and agree upon at the point of sale.

ITINERARY CHANGES

For the comfort and convenience of the Clients, we would sometimes amend the itinerary. The Company would also try to inform the Client about these changes, prior to the start of the tour or during tour if that be possible.

I. DEFINITIONS

The Client means the person/s in whose name and/or whose behalf the Booking is made and/or whose name appears on the Booking Form, Invoices and Service Voucher and includes every person availing the services of the Company.

Infant / Child: An 'Infant' means a person below the age of two years, and a 'Child' means a person from the age of two and below the age of twelve years.

For children between the age of 2 - 12 years, will be charges at actuals. (Proof of age maybe required.)

For children, above 8 years, the complete price as equal to an adult would be charged. (Proof of age maybe required.)

Independent contractor means supplier of any infrastructural facility and shall include hotel managements, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc shipping company, railway, ferry, cruise, coach who are to provide the services to the Client.
Third party product – means a product designed and operated by any person or concern other than the Company and will include cruises, rail passes / tickets, group/individual tours, hotels, transportation etc.

Gender – male / female.
Number – Number of travellers (adult/child/infant).

PAYMENTS:

For all the services contracted, 60% advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount should be paid a 10 days before the departure date.

Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

MODE OF PAYMENTS:

Overseas and domestic advance payment can be made through PayPal or Wire Transfer to our bank, which can be obtained upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective
from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
Less than 15 days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation
sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, there would be no refund.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike
in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of
India, the same would be charged as extra.

Trip Alfresco act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters,
railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts
& tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services
are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely
trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of
the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the
trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants'
safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines
etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of
such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to
the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in
and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses
incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident,
breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

CODE OF CONDUCT

I understand and acknowledge that each foreign country has its own laws and standards of reasonable and acceptable conduct, including dress, manners, morals, politics, drug use, and behaviour. I recognise that behaviour, which violates those laws or standards, could harm Trip Alfresco’s relations with those countries and the institutions therein, as well as my own health and safety. I will become informed and will abide by, all such laws and standards for each country to or through which I travel.

I will attend to any legal problems I encounter with any foreign nationals or government of the host country or any country to or through which I travel. Trip Alfresco is not responsible for providing any assistance under such circumstances.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

Knowing the risks, dangers, and hazards described above, I agree – individually - to assume all the risks, dangers, hazards, and responsibilities surrounding my participation in this trip. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I individually, hereby release and forever discharge Trip Alfresco and its employees and representatives (in their official and individual capacities) from any and all liability whatsoever, which arise as a result of negligence on the part of Trip Alfresco, for any and all damages, losses or injuries (including death) I sustain to my person or property or both, including but not limited to any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, judgments, damages, expenses and costs, including attorneys fees which arise out of, result from, occur during or are connected in any manner with my trip.

IMDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS

I, individually, hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trip Alfresco and its employees and representatives (in their official and individual capacities) from any and all liability, loss, damage or expense, including attorneys fees, that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission, which arise out of, occur during, or are in any way connected with my trip, including any independent travel or any activities or excursions.

I agree that this travel waiver is to be construed and governed under the laws of the Republic of India where appropriate as well as the country of our partner agent, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, the balance hereof shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. In signing this document I hereby acknowledge that I have read this entire document, that I understand its terms, that by signing it I am giving up substantial legal rights I might otherwise have, and that I signed it knowingly and voluntarily.
