Cooking Lesson Ligurian Recipes

On Fridays we organize special cooking lessons up to 6 people.

The ingredients we use are from the Ligurian Riviera and chosen by our Chef Marco.
Fresh vegetables, fruits, and spices, are picked daily from our own gardens.

Our cooking classes start usually in the morning (10 am) and finish after a couple of hours with the lunch served in our restaurant room.

They last about 2 hours and include : The preparation of an appetizer/ first course/ main course and a dessert.

The lunch which you enjoy at the end of the lesson with the other participants.

The recipes change according to the season and are prepared only with organic ingredients available in our territory.

Your participation must be notified at least the day before.

1 typical appetizer
1 first course (a traditional vegetable soup or handmade pasta)
1 second fish dish (ligurian recipes)
1 dessert

Anchovies Beccafico style (bread, mortadella, eggs, tuna)
Cappon magro (Seafood and vegetable salad in green sauce)
Mussels Volastrina style (stuffed with vegetables)

First course
Minestrone soup Genovese style (with pesto)
Home made "gnocchetti" with pesto, zucchini, French beans

Main course
Seabass Ligurian style
Spicy bagnum of anchovies

Desserts
Almond semifreddo
Apple pie
