Day 1: Kampala/Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
At 0630hrs check out of your hotel and begin the scenic drive to Murchison Falls with a visit to the Rhino sanctuary. On arrival in the park, drop your luggage at the lodge and proceed for an afternoon/evening game-drive.

Day 2: Murchison Falls and Murchison Falls National Park
On the early morning game drive, you may see Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Giraffe, Hartebeests and many more. In the afternoon, proceed for a boat trip on the placid Victoria Nile, upstream, to the base of the Falls. En route you will see hippos, crocodiles, water buck and a wide variety of birds like the unusual shoebill stork. The boat stops just tens of meters from the "Devil’s Cauldron". Take pictures of the photogenic and majestic Murchison Falls. Disembark from the boat and take a hike to the Top of the Falls where you can see the Nile's beauty perfected!! Marvel at the Nile, compressing from 50 meters to squeeze through a 6-meter canyon dropping 40 meters with a thunderous roar creating a beautiful rainbow, a plume of spray and the best thing that happened to the Nile..."the Murchison Falls".

Day 3: Murchison Falls NP /Kibale Forest National Park.
After an early breakfast, drive out heading to Kibale Forest National Park. Estimated transit time is 7 hours with frequent stops to stretch your legs. The drive takes you through little towns and villages as you observe the African rhythm of life. On arrival, check into your preferred accommodation.

Day 4: Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you gather at the Kanyanchu headquarters for a briefing prior to the chimpanzee tracking. You spend the morning in the forest tracking the famous primates. Thereafter transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Estimated transfer time is 3 hours. On arrival, check in to your preferred accommodation.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake-up and prepare to be fascinated on a sunrise game-drive. Queen Elizabeth National Park's diverse Eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. Game drives in this park, with the massive Rwenzoris as a backdrop provides excellent opportunities to see lion, leopard, giant forest hog, Cape buffalo, elephants, de fassa waterbuck, Uganda Kob, Topi and bush buck. Later after lunch, have an exciting boat cruise on the spectacular Kazinga Channel. This offers an excellent platform for photography and game viewing. The birdlife is colorful and abundant. You will be privileged to see schools of hippos and Nile-crocodiles sunbathing and opening wide their saw-like jaws. Return to your accommodation facility for overnight.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park/Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
An early breakfast, exit the park heading to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The drive takes you through the Ishasha section of the park famous for its tree climbing lions. You have an opportunity to spot the famous tree-climbing lions, often seen languishing in Fig trees.

Day 7: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
After an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide, enter the gorilla sanctuary for an experience of a lifetime. The beauty of this rain forest is spectacular. The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but criss-crossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savored. Many find it to be a rare and moving opportunity.

Day 8: Mbarara/Lake Mburo National Park
Exit Bwindi and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park to arrive in time for the afternoon boat ride on the lake. Thereafter proceed for an evening game drive to end your day in adventurous manner. Estimated transit time is 6 hours).

Day 9: Lake Mburo National Park/Equator/Kampala
Today, accompanied by an armed Ranger, take a morning safari walk, breakfast and an en-route game-drive as you exit the Park. You have a stopover at the Equator for photographs before proceeding to Kampala. Drop off at your accommodation.
>When booking your holiday direct with Pearl of Africa Tours and Travel (PATT) or with your travel agent, please quote the tour number provided or your own specialized itinerary, intended date for arrival and departure, number of people traveling in your party, sleeping arrangements and flight details, if known. >Please note that for safaris that include gorilla trekking, advance bookings of at least twelve weeks are strongly recommended. Cancellations may allow for shorter term bookings, but it is strongly advised to book well in advance if specific dates are needed. Children under fifteen are not allowed to trek the gorillas.

>A 50% deposit is required ten weeks before intended departure or at the time of booking with the balance to be settled thirty days prior to commencement of the tour. On issuance of a PATT official receipt or e-mail confirmation, your booking is confirmed. Reservations made within thirty days of departure require the total amount due to be paid at the time of confirmation.

>With managers' approval, credit card payments can be made with a 7-9% surcharge. In Kampala cash payments are accepted in any foreign convertible currency and in Uganda Shillings. Travelers Cheques (TCs) are also accepted with a USD$20 surcharge.

> Unless otherwise stated, tour prices quoted are ex-Kampala and include transport with fuel and driver/guide, accommodation, meals on safari, National Park and activity fees associated with your itinerary.
