  • Something about me:
    I have lived in Xcalak for the past 25 years, during that time I built, and continue to operate, Costa de Cocos resort, on the pristine shoreline of Xcalak, Mexico. More recently I have started brewing beer, as a hobby, creating a pale ale that is popular with friends.
  • Travel Hightlights around my Area:
    This is a very undeveloped area of Mexico that is popular with those who want to get away from it all. The coastline is beautiful, as is the surrounding jungle and mangroves. Visitors can go on boat tours to see local wildlife, including manatees. Mayan ruins are only a couple hours away, and other popular destinations 2-3 hours, including Bacalar, Chetumal and Calderitas. We are also a popular fly fishing destination, fishing Chetumal Bay and the Caribbean Coast.
