Port Alsworth is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska, United States. Port Alsworth was founded in 1950 by Babe Alsworth, a missionary and bush pilot, and Mary Alsworth, who was the town's first postmaster. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 22.8 square miles (59 square kilometers), of which, 22.7 square miles (59 square kilometers) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 square kilometers) of it (0.61%) is water.
