The spacious hotel complex, which lies amongst gardens, lakes and canals, was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2001. Surrounded by extensive grounds, the hotel has 17 buildings (with 3 - 9 floors) with a total of 1,474 apartments. The centre of the complex is Pueblo Espanol with cafes, shops, clubs, a pizzeria, a pub, a supermarket and a completely modernised a la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Additional facilities include a games room, a kids club, a play area, a garage as well as a car park. There are also laundry and room services as well as medical assistance available.
