The legacy of a Nobel Prize Winner

The House-Museum is located in the Juan Rodríguez and Macías O Namorado Rooms.

Here you can see objects related with the life and work of the writer Camilo José Cela: collections of paintings, drawings, a newspaper library, letter collection, etc. This is also home to the John Trulock Railway Museum, named after the writer's grandfather, who was director of the West Galicia company, responsible for building Galicia's first railway line, from Santiago de Compostela to Vilagarcía de Arousa. The collection includes uniforms, personal items and a reconstruction of his office, as well as an old station. Outside there is a steam locomotive and a goods wagon with an audiovisual presentation on the subject.
