Dolnja Težka Voda is a settlement to the south of Novo Mesto in southeastern Slovenia. It lies on the main Novo Mesto to Metlika road. The entire area is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Jugovzhodna Slovenija statistical region.
