Changi Golf Club was founded in 1946 as Royal Air Force Changi Golf Club. This golf course is a reminder of the connection of Singapore with the World War II as there are still remains of the British soldiers' barracks, officers’ quarters, and air-raid bunkers as also gun-emplacements. This club was under the RAF till 1971 and it was only after the RAF left Singapore that it was privatized. The golf course is located at 20, Netheravon Road, Singapore and is a challenging 9-hole course. Apart from the exquisite golfing experience, the clubhouse also boasts of a Chinese Restaurant and the Golfers’ Terrace/Lounge that overlooks the Changi Beach and offers a beautiful sea view of Pulau Ubin. Changi is perfect for people who are looking out for a quick game of golf or for golf enthusiasts who want to enjoy the game at an affordable rate.
