Theatre Klinika Lalek - Wolimierz Station

Puppet Clinic was founded in 1987 y. at The Theater School {Puppetery} in Wrocław. The place of our meetings and home for theatre "Klinika Lalek" is an old, abandoned railway station, which we saved from the threat of demolition and we are renovated it. There is a cafe, gallery, workshop and the rehersal room for the theatre. Here we organize festiwals, ecological education, workshops for the groups. There is a lot of atractions for everybody: beatifull Nature, historical building, workshops for the groups like: theatrical workshops, puppet building workshops, tai - chi session, drum classes... There is a local drum group called: Papadram - a Ritual Country Group. They play on hand carved wooden drums made in Wolimierz by Witek Golc. So there is also a possibility to buy such drum here. There are some guest rooms at the Station although they are quite simple. It is also possible to stay in our homes - most of us have some rooms for visitors. You can also come with your own tent.
