The main interesting part of the Broduszurki Nature Reserve is a swampy forest with specific habitat conditions like high humidity, acid reaction and oxygen-free conditions. These factors conrtibute to growth of various interesting plants, e.g. round-leaved sundew, crested fern, cheekweed, tufted loosestrife, common cottongrass. Fauna of the reserve icludes: reptiles (2 species of lizards, European adder, grass snake), amphibians (European toad, water and moor frog), birds (pheasant, partridge, river warbler, blackcap, water hen, rosefinch, mallard, garganey, teal), mammals (fox, marten, roe deer).
