The route is an interesting proposal for those who prefer hiking as a means of sight-seeing in the vicinity of Piła.

Route: Piła Railway Station – 14 Lutego Street – bridge over the Gwda river (to the left) – District Muzeum – John Paul II Traffic Circle – restaurant „Młyn” (to the right) – Henryk Dąbrowski Street along the Gwda river – Koszyce water power plant – under Łokietek bridge crosses the road No 10 (by-pass Bydgoszcz-Szczecin) – forest (crosses the road Piła-Złotów) – railway Piła-Chojnice – along the Płotki lake (on the right hand side) – „Płotki” Recreation Centre – Jeleniowe lake – Bagienne lake crosses the road No 10 (Piła-Bydgoszcz) in Jeziorki – Żabostowo former recreation centre – to the road Piła-Kaczory towards Kaczory – Kaczory Railway Station.

During the route you should visit The District Museum in Piła, located in the building of pre-war the Consulate of the Polish Republic. The museum collects various and interesting materials regarding the city’s and region’s history. The route leads also through a beautiful forest of Piła region.
