This Manor house, located in a Czechówka Valley, is the only baroque monument that survived in Lublin. This multi-storey manor house was biuld in the first half of the 17th century. It was owned by Grojarski's family but according to other sources Rafał Leszczyński owned a manor house and a chapel, which were ment to be situated at this place. The present manor house is located on the old foundation, which is proved by an archeological monuments found there.
