The great natural and historical adventure. Sighseeing should begin in Gać, where soppy meadows create the valley bed of the estuary part of the Gać river. At the road to Mężenin - old graveyard dating back to the times of I WW. There is a watermill on the Gać river. The track leads to Puchały village and then to Pniewo. On the right there is a dam - a way leading to wide grass-land belonging to Wielki Dział preserve, a former II WW guerrilla base. On the way there are Rybno and Siemień villages. In the latter tourist can admire the most picturesque meanders of the Narew river from a high slope. Then the route comes to Grodzisko in Stara Łomża, which performed strategic and commercial functions. Then the route leads through Łomża city and his ancient monuments. The track leads to Grabla Jednaczewska. After crossing the Łomżyczka valley we enter the grounds of Rezerwat Rycerski Kierz. The route finishes in Nowogród, where one can visit The Kurpie heritage park.
