Bukowy Las Nature Reserve

"Bukowy Las" is a forest reserve with the area of 85.42 hectares situated in Narol commune. The ancient beech forest with a high degree of originality is under protection here. The main habitat in the reserve is the Carpathian beechwood with many munumental trees. There are found here rare bird species like Red-breasted and Collared Flycatcher, Stock Pigeon. Protected plants: Purple toothwort, Bear's garlic, Mezereon etc. Through the reserve leads nature trail called "Bukowy Las" ("Beech Forest").
