The Taytay Bay in Palawan is a renowned snorkeling destination. The site offers four marine sanctuaries with shallow water and low water current making it perfect place for diving and snorkeling. Taytay Bay is perfect for beginners as well as it offer challenges to experience snorkelers. The visibility under water is very good and allows the visitors to enjoy the amazing underwater World. They can even get an opportunity to swim with rare dugong (sea cow) or whale sharks and enjoy coral reefs.

Taytay Bay is known for its shallow coral gardens, magnificent rock formations and variety of colorful marine species such as moray, crabs, shrimps etc. This is also a great place to watch for some really amazing ruins that are around three hundred years old. The most prominent snorkeling sites of Taytay Bay include the Elephant Island, Hidden Lagon, Isla Blanca and Quimbaludan Marine Reserve and Tecas Reef.
