The small island of Camiguin located in the sea of Mindano is a hidden paradise. The island is 14km wide and 33km in length. It exhibits well paved road which is very well complimented by friendly locals.. Among locals the island is known for its Lanzones a small sweet fruit which is best picked in October. The major attractions of the island include Mt. Hibok Hibok, numerous hot and cold springs, waterfalls and beautiful beaches, diving opportunities and much more. Mt Hibok Hibok is the largest volcano and one of the most active volcanoes in Philippine which is last erupted in 1951.

Several waterfalls are easy to reach and the beautiful pools make for great swimming such as Katibawasan Falls, Tuawasan Falls etc.  A number of both developed and undeveloped hot and cold springs are found on the island and are very popular among both tourists and locals. When it comes to diving and beaches the famous “White Sand Beach”  a small sliver of sand lies just off the coast and is easily reached by boat at the cost a few hundred pesos. The underwater volcanic formations are a major highlight for diving trips.
