Bhadrapur is a town and municipality in Jhapa District in the Mechi Zone of south-eastern Nepal. It is known As a one of oldest municipalities of Nepal. At the time of the 2001 Nepal census it had a population of 18,145 people. It has an airport with flights to Kathmandu. This airport is the best way to reach Kathmandu if you are coming from eastern part of India.
