Banthanti 8 (3180m) means jungle resting stop. It is commonly refered to just as Banthanti but should not be confused with the same on the Bhurungdi Khola. Just a few houses are here but if your tired stopping and spending the night is possible. The trail from reaches this place after going down a long canyon.
