Museum Of Natural History

The Museum of Natural History was established in the year 1924. The Mongolian history and culture are exhibited in this museum. The natural wealth of the country is also displayed in this museum. This museum is also called as the State Central Museum and it is good destination for a quick visit. The geography, stuffed animals, fish, birds, the flora and the fauna are exhibited in this museum.

Natural history basically implies historical process processes since 4.7 milliard years. It also displays the origin of animals and plants. This museum houses two full dinosaur skeletons which were discovered from the Gobi Desert which weighs 4 to 5 tons and has a height of 15 metres. The museum is usually open from 10 am to 4.30 pm daily.
