This was built in 1911–1916, it was the former property of E. Rācene. All day long various baths were offered here: warm seawater, carbonic acid, oxygen and fir balsam baths. During the Soviet period, a resort clinic was located here – one of the best equipped medical institutions in Jūrmala. In 2003 the building was restored to original appearance.
