Kotake-Mukaihara Station is a train station in Nerima, Tokyo Prefecture, Japan. Its station numbers for the Yūrakuchō and Fukutoshin Lines are Y-06 and F-06 respectively. The station opened on 24 June 1983, and consists of two parallel island platforms serving four tracks. Both platforms are equipped with waist-high platform doors for safety.
