Laxminarayan Temple

This modem temple, built in the traditional style with bright touches in cream and red, is also known as the Birla Temple after the well-known family of industrialists who built it. In its well-maintained gardens, just before the entrance to the temple, is a Siva shrine to the left, and one to Hanuman on the right. Just after the entrance is a huge hall, supported by square pillars, with its walls decorated with religious murals. Narayan is another name of Vishnu and Laxmi is his consort.
