Kaigal Water Falls

Kaigal Water Falls is popularly known as Dumukuralla Waterfalls. Located at a distance of 2.5 kilometers from Kaigal village on the Palamner - Kuppam Highway, the popular name Dumukurallu Waterfalls came into prominence because of its sound resembling the fall of stones from above. This water fall is natural, perennial and water comes from a big rock at a height of 40 feet, irrespective of seasons or the time of the year. The formation of a lovely natural pond at the foot of the waterfalls and water passing through sand plains amidst beautiful shrubs are the other attractions at this place. Surrounded by Koundinya Wildlife Sanctuary, the unspoiled beauty of this region displays plenty of exotic birds, shrubs, trees and wildlife.
