Health Museum

Situated near the Public Gardens, Health Museum was set up in 1948. The museum is divided into two sections that consist of two large halls. One hall is related to nutrition, health. This hall is also dedicated to illnesses like malaria, TB, cancer, leprosy, anatomy and immunization etc. The other hall is entirely dedicated to Motherhood and child birth. There is series of wooden boards gives all necessary information about maintaining and improving health, photographs of various medical discoverers and distinguished guests. This museum has a library, conducts lectures and play film shows. Films are shown on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
